We thought one or two of you might be interested in this.  If you are though, don't hang around, the closing date is this Friday!  

Maker in Residence : Open Call

To encourage creative thinking in and with museums, Creative Museum is issuing an open call for participation in Makers-in-Residencies in 6 European Cities.

Creative Museum, in cooperation with 6 partner institutions in Norway, Finland, The UK, France, Croatia, and Ireland, is pleased to announce an open call for applications to participate in one of 6 Residencies for Makers.
Selected makers will travel to one of 6 host institutions, where they will be given broad license to express themselves creatively through their own practice, in conversation with the inspiration of the host institution’s collection, themes, physical space, visitorship, and expert staff.

Each host institution’s requirements, opportunities and restrictions vary; Applicants are encouraged to read each individual institutional brief, and apply for those that seem like the best fit for their skills and interests

Thanks for posting this Gemma.

May I ask how long has this been publicised? 4 days isn't very long to allocate time for potentially multiple applications, especially if they are to be of a reasonable standard.

Hi Morgan,

It was first tweeted out by Creative Museum on the 2nd March and re-tweeted by the Silk Mill on the 3rd.  It's been bouncing around on Twitter since then.
