The dependency-check team is pleased to announce the release of 1.2.5! This release contains several important bug fixes and enhancements that reduce false positives. Additionally, report aggregation is now available within the dependency-check-maven plugin.

Core Engine
Fix: Large zip files will no longer cause an exception
Fix: False positive reduction
Fix: Internal code clean-up and bug fixes

Maven Plugin 
Fix: Issues with the proxy configuration have been fixed (thanks Erik!)
Enhancement: Report aggregation is now supported
FYI: The "internal" report format is no longer available; instead the same report format that is used with the CLI and Ant Task is used

Jenkins Plugin
Enhancement: Support for Ant-style patterns when configuring the scan path.
