$cpeSort / $enc.html($mavenlink.value) cannot be resolved

With version 1.2.12 and 1.3.0 I'm getting a lot of the following messages in the log. Is this normal / expected or a problem with the html template?
Using the cli too, and logging the output.
DEBUG - Null reference [template 'templates/HtmlReport.vsl', line 605, column 46] : $enc.html($mavenlink.value) cannot be resolved.
DEBUG - Null reference [template 'templates/HtmlReport.vsl', line 630, column 46] : $cpeSort cannot be resolved.
