dependency-check version 1.0.2 released

Dependency-check version 1.0.2 has been released. The core library, maven plugin, command line tool, and ant task have been updated. The Jenkins plugin will be updated shortly (due to requirements on the Jenkins side, the core library must be posted to central before being able to release the plugin).

This fix includes several bug fixes and a fair amount of refactoring in preparation for some additional enhancement to be released soon. I would highly recommend updating as one of the fixes implemented solved a problem with the Lucene Index growing with every update - while not exactly an issue with regard to disk space, it is possible that after several months of updates the issue might result in an increase in false negatives.
