[ANN] denominator 2.3: OpenStack Designate Support

Hi, all.

Denominator v2.3.0 is out including full support for OpenStack Designate.

If using the CLI, the below yaml config will set you up for HP Cloud DNS:

url: https://region-a.geo-1.identity.hpcloudsvc.com:35357/v2.0
credentials:

  password: my_password

This release also deprecates ResourceRecordSet.rdata() for ResourceRecordSet.records() This will help our yaml model appear more intuitive to users who are not DNS experts.

Besides yaml updates, denominator v3 will include Observer support, allowing consumers to receive events on incremental updates.
