[ANN] Denominator 4.1 and what's next

Pleased to announce that Denominator 4.1 is out and available via maven, bintray and homebrew.  This is mostly structural work, updating to a simplified Feign http binder (thanks to david! [1]).

In the next week, we'll develop and release Route53 alias support, which permits failover setup as discussed in the javazone presentation [2].
