Hi, team.
Since 3.0 cuts the guava dependency, it is probably best to release this separately from any other changes. I'm going to test the 3.x branch today against some internal systems and if passes will cut a release. The CLI, Observer stuff can wait until 4.x (end of month).

Found a bug relating to geo stuff, so no release today (well the last 4 minutes of today :) )
