upcoming denominator release

Hi, folks.

In the next day, I'm planning to cut another release of denominator.  This will include the 2 important changes below:

1. Ensure dynect works w/o geo rights: https://github.com/Netflix/denominator/issues/211

2. Add checkConnection for those keeping long-lived denominators: https://github.com/Netflix/denominator/pull/216

On note (1), does anyone know if there's a permissions report in UltraDNS wrt whether or not the user has Geo enabled on their account?
