Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way I could use dendropy to calculate CI and RI values of an alignment given a tree?

Hi Nitish,

The answer is "yes" in the sense that DendroPy provides the
building-blocks or infrastructure that you would need to do these
calculations, but "no" in the sense that there is no pre-written
off-the-shelf routine to perform these calculations.
