Has anyone coded up normalization routines for the B1 statistic in treemeasure?

I'm reading the 1990 paper by Shao and Sokal where the B1 statistic is introduced and there are two normalizations proposed to help compare trees of different overall sizes. Has anyone coded these into dendropy?
