I'm trying to summarize a set of trees produced in MrBayes to include mean node ages, but it thinks the trees are not ultrametric. I want it to ignore that by setting the --ultrametricity-precision to 0.

So I have:

sumtrees.py --ultrametricity-precision=0 --edges=mean-age --output=result.tre file1.t file2.t

But I'm just getting this error:

argument -v/--ultrametricity-precision/--branch-length-epsilon: ignored explicit argument '0'.

Is it just a syntax error or some other issue? Would appreciate any help anyone can give,

Jenny

Hi Jenny,

This is a bug in the interface of SumTrees. This has been fixed in the
latest revision (d36746d).

We will be publish a minor new release in the next 12 hours
incorporating this fix and others.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
