Dear All

Much fruitless searching, please help.  I get this error when clicking in the Data Viewer window.

Interestingly if I set up another user on the same machine all works perfectly.

I have tried clearing the workspace and saving, uninstalling and reinstalling R and Java (both oracle and apple). Removing and reinstalling the JGR Applet, Searching for leftover .plist files all to no avail.

Surely, since in works fine using the same machine as another user this must relate to corrupted settings or preferences or left over something or other but I'm all out.

Any thoughts?

best

Matt

Finally managed to sort this (took a fresh install of OS X and some hours) so here if someone else stumbles on this - it was the app Window Magnet causing the problem.  Removed that from my startup items and all is well again.
