 If one of the arguments to a command is taken from the service provider interface (SPI) of the domain model, do we still use "domain service" to communicate its role, or is there some other general term that should be used.

The example I'm working from is a case where a command needs to query a stale copy of some referenced aggregate.  So the argument would be a repository; or an implementation that fetches a read model from a repository and then runs some query upon the result.
