dcmsnd with option acceptTo - problem

Sorry for my english at the beginning.

I try to set dcmsnd command with timeout 10s.
For this i use option -acceptTo.

My dcmsnd  command  with that option looks like this...
 ./datastore01/tele-hub-data/DICOM/dcm4che/bin/dcmsnd IMP...@10.10.8.211:104 /datastore01/tele-hub-data/DICOM/03-sent_3/39 -acceptTo 10000

When i execute command then appears information...

Option "-acceptTo" is in documentation of "dcmsnd" command. Why this command doesn't recognize this option?

Could anyone help me with this problem?
