Weasis JNLP file unable to launch the application from dcm4chee-web3

I have downloaded the jnlp file from dcm4chee-web3 of a patient. having this exception

It seems to be an issue related to the certificate. Please pay attention to the note about certificate in the documentation. See also the Oracle blog.
