Zooming by mouse-wheel does not allow me to drag a chart div...

Hello all,

I have implemented some charts in dc and have enabled zooming using mouseZoomable(true). I have also implemented drag and drop. However, this works only when mouseZoomable(false) is used. It looks like a mouse click event is interpreted as a mouse Zoom. Is there any way to override this behavior so that I get the zoom and it still allows me to click on the chart and drag it?
