Possible bug with .refocusAll() command

I am using .refocusAll() on a line chart to reset zoom. Works fine BUT....it's causing a brush to appear on across the whole width of another chart... a bar chart.

Can someone confirm this please.

Is there a way to reset  zoomed in line chart without refocus to ALL charts??
