Filtering per stack in a single column stacked barchart

Hi,

I am trying to create a single column stacked bar chart, and also add filtering on click, specific to each stack in the bar.

I've managed to create the single bar (Somewhat similar to this previous thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/dc-js-user-group/Fzv_tsNpxN8).

But in dc, clicking any particular stack in a bar seems to select that bar alone, and not the specific stack portion of the bar.
Essentially, this prevents user from filtering based on individual sections from the bar.
Any tips on how to go around implementing this?

I have a vertical bar like this ( days of the week):
[   Mon  ][ Tue ][             Wed            ][ Thur ] [ Fri ] [ Sat ] [     Sun     ]

So the goal is to be able to click on the portion for each day and filter all the related pie charts, line charts etc for the particular day(s).
