Hi,

I used dc.js at http://diplohack.brussels/blog to analyse the votes in
the european council and it was selected as the winning project

http://consiliumvote.eu/consilium/
code: https://github.com/WeMoveEU/diplohack

Thanks for a great library, awesome as well for hackathons to get cool dataviz

Next step: presenting it at the transparency camp
https://transparencycamp.eu/ in amsterdam (come and say hello) and
hopefully at the one in DC (the capital, not the library ;) in sept.

Quick question:

is there a way to get elastic bubble charts taking into account the
size of the bubble? right now, if you have a bubble on the top right
corner, you only see a quarter of the bubble

X+

Congratulations Xavier! That's great to hear.

As for the bubbles, this is https://github.com/dc-js/dc.js/issues/998

It shouldn't be too difficult to implement, just haven't found time.

The xAxisPadding/yAxisPadding workaround is insufficient. elasticX/Y is one of those features where it was easy to get the first 90% but that last 10% is more than ten times as difficult. The somewhat exhausting workaround is to implement your own elastic in a preRender/preRedraw, bleh.
