The Last Vestige of Front Street

I dropped off the keys - masters and copies - of the old space at Front Street today.
I got to thinking: what will I miss and not miss about the old place?

I open up the question to all of you.

I will miss: the charm of the old, industrial building.  They don't make them like that anymore.
I will not miss: the "restrooms."

Those big windows were nice, the stairs and confusing layout were not.
