Davis Club Vegan - will it continue?

Club Vegan's attendance has really dwindled over the past several months.  Those who meet for the monthly potlucks enjoy the time (and the food!), but some months there have been only one or two people.

What we need to know is this -

Are you still planning to be involved with this group?  Do you want to attend monthly meetings/potlucks?

Please respond by Monday, Feb. 4, so I can let the Davis Food Co-op know.  We have been using their lovely teaching kitchen once per month, and they can use it if we don't have it reserved.

Davis Food Co-op Club Vegan meets the first Thursday of every month at the Davis Food Conference Room at 7pm - great vegan food, amazing vegan people and lots of fun!

I'm really interested but usually I'm fully busy in Thursdays nights! So if the meetings are going to be the same time, I can't come unfortunately. There's another vegan meet-up group in Davis that I was wondering if we could join.

I have enjoyed all the potlucks I have been to, but the timing is during traffic between Sac and Davis so it takes a long time to get there for a short event. That's the only reason I haven't gone in many months. It's a shame because the potlucks are a lot of fun. I'm sorry to say I am unable to attend future potlucks.

I'm unable to commit to regular attendance, but I hope the vegan club can continue! Perhaps it needs to be more than a potluck -- including educational content, sampling new products, or having a food demo...?? I wish I could volunteer to organize, but I can't right now.

Tuesdays & Thursdays are bad nights for us. Also, vegan alone is not enough for me. I need not only vegan

but more Campbell-Esseltyn-Ornish-McDougall style vegan with very low fat and low salt. Ou interest is there

but our attendance would be Depends.
