[D-RUG]: Help converting coordinates into climate classification?

Hey D-RUG,

I'm hoping to turn a bunch of latitude/longitude coordinates into climate region classifications (e.g. Köppen or something similar). Anyone had experience doing this and have R packages to recommend?

Hey Jen, 

Looks like theres a site dedicated to it with an R script available (attached here also, non package, just annotations). Make sure to setwd first, and see line 66 for entering lat long.
