Hi all,

we will be having a Meet and Analyze Data session from 3:00pm-5:00pm
today (03/22), in the Bennett conference room of the Center for
Companion Animal Health
(http://www.vetmed.ucdavis.edu/ccah/ccah-secure/bennett-conf-room.cfm).
Hope to see you there!

(sorry for the late announcement!)

Meet and Analyze Data (MAD) is a forum to bring your biological big
data and discuss high level concept problems (what is metagenome
assembly?) and low level coding problems (what does this error message
even mean?!) and everything in between. There is no scheduled or
specific activity: people show up with questions about how to analyze
their data, or maybe they are willing to help others. We typically get
questions about experimental design for
transcriptomic/metagenomic/genomic projects, or how to install
software, or how to run their analysis on clusters or the cloud.
