Announcement:

*FALL 2016 Introduction to HPC/Cluster Computing Seminar*

- Biweekly seminar on *Fridays at 1:30-2:30 PM, starting September 30th.*
- Meeting in 360 Shields Library

The seminar will be aimed at graduate students getting started in high performance computing and using HPC resources on the UC Davis Campus, but all members of the UC Davis Community are welcome to attend. Topics to be addressed include: SLURM, Software Repositories (GitHub), Makefiles, compiling code, optimizing code, profiling code... suggestions on other topics welcome.
