Do you by any chance have a work session to those who are interested not so much R but with bioinformatics packages for RNAseq or 16S?

Hi Max,

as part of the dib-training effort (dib-training.readthedocs.org/en/pub/) we
hope to be starting up weekly co-working sessions for sequence analysis soon.
I'll announce them to this list when we get them running (probably in Jan).
