Are we planning on having weekly work sessions over the summer (incl today/this week)? I realize that there will be no presentations, but when (if at all) will we meet over the summer? I won't even demand summertime cookie service.

Hi Matt,

We hadn't planned on meeting over the summer, as Michael and I will both be gone quite a bit in June and July - the current plan is to send out a survey for meeting times beginning in mid-August.  However, if you'd like to spearhead the hosting of summer meetings until then, that's something you can certainly do!

All: Apologies for not sending an announcement about the end of weekly meetings - in the past, meetings have ended with the end of the academic quarter, but we could have been much more clear about that.

Matt, if you'd like to host summer meetings, just shoot Michael and me and email and we'll set it up!
