Clicking "Access Subset/Analysis", throws Internal Server 500

I have DVN 3.0 installed over glassfish-3.1.2 on a Fresh 64 bit Server running CentOS 5.8, with "R 2.15". 

Everything works fine except for that when I try to View ingested SPSS files i.e. clicking "Access Subset/Analysis", it throws Internal Server Error 500.

Hi,

Recently one of the libraries used by R, accuracy, was moved at the CRAN site and this resulted in our dvnextra script not completing properly. Please download this updated dvnextra file (http://dvn-3.hmdc.harvard.edu/dist/R/dvnextra.tgz) and rerun the enclosed installModules script on your Rserve server. Then, restart Rserve and glassfish and try again. If that does not resolve the issue, please send us the *.log files in your dvnextra directory.

Hi gang--

I'm seeing this same error on my 3.2 box that I'm migrating my 2.2.5 content to. The link you provided Sukhdev appears to be dead. Any chance I could get the updated dvnextra bundle? Also wondering if the link in the Install guide has been updated, as that's where I got this. Of course, it could be a completely different problem, but it seems suspicious given my errors are exactly as described. =)
