Assembly constituencies map in public domain

Hello ,

Is there map of assembly constituencies map in public domain ?

Datameet maps are at here is on CC2.5

I planning to update the page Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election, 2017 with a map. 

AFIAK this map is not available in OSM. 

If map is in public domain it can be uploaded to commons 

Map data guidelines in for commons.
