Purnia and Samastipur (Bihar) panchayat coordinates

Hi everyone,
I am working on creating heat map in reporting module of a web application to track number of private healthcare providers available in panchayat level in Purnia and Samastipur, Bihar. We are able to use google map but we need the coordinates of panchayats. Shall be thankful for any pointer.

I scraped this data from Bihar's iBhugol site: http://gis.bih.nic.in/GISEditor.html

I can't vouch for the attributes, so please check the attributes of the polygon before using them.
