Any way to get the booth level votes data?

Is there a way to get the bootj level votes data from ECI per candidate? I see this only aggregated at the constituency level.

 If we have this data we can apply some statistical analysis to detect any electoral fraud. (For example the techniques applied in this paper: http://www.pnas.org/content/109/41/16469.full)
