Is there a full listing of items under GST?

Hi,

Is there a website publishing GST rates for EVERY ITEM they're taxing,
the myriad classifications, and the tax changes over time?

If there isn't, what would it take to make one? Would anybody know
some exact data sources? I'm seeing several documents everywhere;
difficult to comb through everything.

It would be good to have a tabular listing that's searchable and can
be filtered by various categories.

Why I think it's important : This article makes mention of ICDS food
packets for mitigating child malnutrition being taxed. At least they
reduced it from 12% to 5%. It was casually listed alongside unbranded
namkeen and khakhra.

So many times, until we see them getting mentioned, we don't even know
what all is being taxed how much. And the mentioning only seems to be
happening for things whose rates are being changed. What about the
things whose rates aren't? In the searchable platforms I don't know
what to search.

Though, frankly, I don't think it is updated properly, since yesterday's changes aren't visible from what I can see.
