Hope, every state will put their data out in the course of the financial year! The data shows most of the department's expenditure hovering less then 40%, with exception of Local Self Government(158% !). With 4 months remaining in the financial year they will magically reach 100% before the end of March!. Accepted these figures are not real time, but trend shows the popular truth about the departments spending spree in the fag end of the financial year
