Attached to a Github or institutionally hosted source code repository such as
Gitorious, it provides dropbox-like functionality for any type of file running
over a version controlled repository. Interestingly, the developer next wants to
tackle the issue of large files, something that Jez and I picked up on when we
tested Sparkleshare at the MRDHack event earlier in the year.
