What version of Solr does DataCite use?

As you can tell, this is a forum for discussion of the metadata scheme, so we don't typically address technical issues here. I'd like to recommend that you visit DataCite's GitHub site: https://github.com/datacite.
I think you may be able to find the answers you seek there, as well as more technical community members with whom to discuss them.
