Please see the full job posting here: https://vizzlo.com/jobs/javascript-developer

Vizzlo creates individual business graphics in realtime. Using our platform, users can visualize their information and data using software components we call Vizzards for all kinds of purposes.

We are a small team with big ideas. We are seasoned entrepreneurs with an open mind, talk plainly to each other, and improve anything we're working on until it's perfect.

The role

As a Vizzard Master, you implement visualization templates created by our designers using JavaScript and different internal & well-known open source APIs. You are a perfectionist who wants to make sure that the visuals created by your software always look right—no matter the input data.

Qualification

  • Some JavaScript development experience
  • You are not afraid of a little bit of math
  • Familiarity with D3.js, SVG.js, or any other SVG frameworks is a big plus!
  • Got a GitHub or Stackoverflow account? Show it!

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of Vizzards using JavaScript and in collaboration with our designers
  • Testing of browser-specific quirks to make sure the application works as smoothly as a baby's bottom on all platforms.
  • Interested in more frontend engineering tasks (Node/React) or backend development with Go? We make it possible for you to try our something new!

What we offer

  • Startup environment where your motivation and energy can make a difference
  • Jobs from 10 to 40 hours per week
  • Competitive renumeration package
  • Very flexible schedules, working from home is possible
  • Fantastic office in Leipzig-Plagwitz, table football and table tennis included

Interested?
