Data Viz Job - Interactive online Dashboard - Contract

Hello Community!

I am creating an online platform called inprofile which has been designed to improve the recruitment world by allowing recruiters to showcase their specialties and customer feedback online which is displayed in the way of a profile/ dashboard. The dashboard is all live data and there are several components that all relate to each other. For example, if you click X in quadrant 1 then it affects the display of quadrants 2,3 and 4. In addition to this there will be more work coming in the near future.

I need a skilled data viz developer that is skilled in building custom dv solutions for live, interactive dashboards. Probably using d3.js. The job will preferably be a fixed rate but depending upon further discussions can go hourly. All remote work and team is based from East to West coast.
