Data visualization / Javascript contract

I’m looking for a contractor to help with a data visualization project at Splunk:

Project description

The project involves implementing robust visualizations from a specification or re-using open source implementations of existing visualizations. A large part of the work is centered around customizing the visualizations for various edge cases and data sets. 

Requirements

• Knowledge using Javascript and frameworks (specifically Backbone.js, require.js)
• Expert knowledge using d3.js, CSS

Project duration / time

• 3-4 weeks in February

Location

• Bay Area preferred (occasional on-site meetings at Splunk), but not required
• Must be a US resident or have a permit to do work in the US
