The Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University is hiring a full time Research Analyst. The position will be in Cambridge, MA with no option to work remotely. We analyze large datasets of student and teacher data on projects in many areas of education policy including: college-going, teacher evaluation and retention, education software and non-cognitive skills. No background in education policy is required. We will be starting a data dashboard project in the coming months that will be in d3 or Tableau. However, this is a more typical stats/econ data analyst job, so most of our typical work is in Stata. Training will be provided if you have other programming experience, such as in R or SPSS. The full job description is attached. Please forward to anyone you think may be interested.
Several analysts on our team have d3 experience. For an example of our past work, see http://sdp.cepr.harvard.edu/kentucky-college-going.
