Data Journalist/Data Vis role @ IBM

I am building a data science team @ IBM with two goals in mind. The first is to apply data science to help provide insight driven approaches to our internal decisions. The second is to help our clients around the World do the same.

 

Over the years of running data and data science programs, I have found a serious gap in th ability of data science and data professionals. This gap is around how to present the out put of models in the context of the data and the decisions they were derived from to tell a more complete story. This is why I am looking for a couple of Data Journalists. I have already filled one role and am looking to fill one more. The posting can be found here.

This is a full time role based in NYC, but I can be a little flexible with that as Austin or the Bay Area can be options as well.
