PISA 2015 launch and IADB policy briefs

We are looking for someone to help us design a new version of these policy briefs for Latin America once the new PISA 2015 data become available. http://www.iadb.org/en/topics/education/initiative-pisa/home,20388.html

Spanish would be an advantage but is not necessary.

Needs to be available now and ready to work on December 5 and 6 to prepare for the launch of PISA.
