Looking to hire a data viz engineer starting summer 2016

Hi,

I am looking for an experienced javascript engineer that specializes in data visualization. I am building a neuroinformatics start up and it is focused primarily around the visualization component. d3 skillset preferred, but anyone who think they can deliver, regardless of toolset (must be svg), is welcome to apply. The job will require the creation of entirely new interactive visualizations based on predetermined designs and requirements and, if using d3, the adjustment to existing visualizations like packing. A full stack engineer who can offer insight on how to best optimize the system for performance is preferred. A quick point of clarification: due to contractual reasons on this project, all work related to this role must be conducted within the United States of America.
