2-3 days hep with creating a systemic risk map

Hello, I am looking for 2-3 days of support to help with the creation of a systemic risk map and associated reporting. Would be achieved through the design of a basic questionnaire which would look to highlight strength of connections between different risks/issues, then using a tool such as 'Gephi' to produce a systemic risk map (similar to those produced in the annual World Economic Risk Report).
