Short contract: D3/JavaScript interactive visualization for PARC

We at PARC are looking for a contractor to do some D3 data visualization ASAP. We have a project that's producing a lot of data from a Matlab simulation (delivered through a RESTful API) that needs an interactive visualization for our client. Our guess is that it's a 1 week project for a someone with mid-level D3/JS experience.
