UI/UX/IxD/Data Viz Developer Wanted

insightXM is looking for an extraordinary UI/UX/IxD/Data Viz Developer for our first-of-its-kind Data Analytics & Insights platform for experiential marketing, which combines bleeding-edge proprietary analytics to help event organizers drive unprecedented growth in their event portfolios. We are based in Westport, CT.

In this role, you will design and build innovative, world-class data visualizations for extremely complex data sets, enabling business leaders to make intelligent decisions quickly and accurately.

This position can be contract, contract-to-hire or full time. It would be great if you were from the greater NYC area, but we are very used to remote team members so this is not a requirement. Current team is spread both nationally and internationally.

The required skills/attributes are:

• HTML5, CSS3 and JS
  
• Familiarity with frameworks like React, Bootstrap and jQuery
  
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards with D3.js or a similar library
  
• Familiarity with visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc. for mock ups
• Knowledge of data visualization, UI, UX and IxD design practices
  
• Interest in data analytics and data viz
  
• Experience with responsive design
  
• The abilities to collaborate with others, be proactive and be self directed are essential
  
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup
  
• Must take great pride in your work
