We seek a highly skilled D3/JS Visualization Designer for on-going freelance project work
We are a small boutique digital innovation and management consulting firm building out a set of Human Analytics tools for leaders and managers. These tools focus on providing data driven insights around living Human Systems that exist within larger companies.
The insights we seek to reveal through visualizations we want to design and build cover the following themes:
1. Culture
2. Social Network Dynamics inside Large Companies (ONA)
3. Leading Indicators re future Team Performance
4. Sentiment Mining
5. Mash-Up Insights derived by mixing "hard" system data with human behavioral data to reveal un-seen correlations between Human Behavior and Operational Results
The ideal candidate is someone passionate about digital innovation, human analytics, and is interested in exploring new ways to derive insights from social networks within larger companies. You will also be highly skilled at Data Visualization Design including UX, Data Strategy, Technical Implementation (D3, Python, JS, etc.). Lastly, you will be comfortable workiing as a freelancer and collaborating virtually (Skype, etc.) with a small expert team here in the eastern U.S.
