Hi,

We are a team of experienced founders launching Talytica.  Talytica uses the most modern talent assessments, machine learning and company data to let employers predict tenure, culture fit and turnover before they hire.

We have a lot of data on people (for example 11 mood dimensions, 28 or so personality dimensions, 4 cognitive dimensions, etc).

What we don't have are cool visual graphics / charts for displaying those. We are currently just using some radar charts and some bar charts.

We really want sleek, modern - cool graphs.

At a minimum, want some stuff like this (for moods):

 

And this for personality (traits vs. general population and top performers)

Something like this (for positivity and strength of mood):

But - there is the possibility for some more dynamic and interactive stuff that lets them scroll through candidates and see top performers as the charts change).

We have some enterprise clients now, and are building out our version 2.0 MVP now - to prove customer demand - so this is 'low budget' for now.

But will be a lot more work if we find someone good and reliable.
