Empty Screenshots

Hi, I have some problem with creating screenshots.
When using .screenshot('screens/:timestamp + 1.png') for example, the stored png files are about 6 kb in size, but when opened totally empty. The content is white.
I tested this on different webpages, because I thought my page is not loaded probably, but same issue there.
What am I doing wrong? Would be happy if someone could help me. thanks.
