Hi everyone,

I have updated the github repository (https://github.com/IbrahimTanyalcin/LEXICON) for visualizations we used in the Mutaframe project (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5570203/)

The biggest differences with what is out there are:

- many of the visualizations can be synchronized with each other (https://bl.ocks.org/ibrahimtanyalcin/9e0d8db9f5ae85512a309d70ee83885b   ;

- although some components use semantic rendering, the rendering performance is degradation resistant (https://bl.ocks.org/ibrahimtanyalcin/24654191b656289f19c6644322658e5d)

- they can handle more elements.

- no other dependency.

I'll update the repository with more whitepapers in the upcoming days. Meanwhile I would be grateful if you give it a try and report back any bugs you come across.
