D3 map projections in Chrome

I am working on a map and in the new chrome it is not rendering correctly it seems to have holes in it when I render it in Firefox or Safrai it renders correctly

This is from the same code top in Chrome bottom in Firefox I can get the project to work when I get rid of the projection scale and the center . but then my map is not centered in my visualization.

Any help would be great thank you.

any help I think that the new chrome may just be projection paths incorrectly but IDK?
