lexicon - visualization components

Hello everyone,

This year I have been working on a visualization project related to genetics (mutaframe).

Recently I started documenting some of the visualization components I used in that project.

The first one is lexicon-rainbow. It makes a comparison/linkage between an ordinal and a linear  scale. It is available both in d3 v3 and v4.
